Too cute--and thanks for cluing me in on the year of the bunnie! I'm in Raleigh, NC and though a terrible joke teller (punch line forgetfulness, timing...you get the picture) I love to laugh with others who don't have those problems! I'd love a chance to win, thanks. pegcoleman@fineenamels.com
ReplyDeleteYay! I hope to win this as I have always adore and follow your artworks! Good luck to you in this Rabbit Year!

hi Jane,
ReplyDeletei've been following yr blog for quite sometime. yr passion in sewing inspired me to get interest in crafting too ! but I'm just a beginner with lousy sewing skills. hope by end of this yr, I'll have some improvements. and cross my fingers I'll be the lucky winner of this giveaway :)
Hello Jane,
ReplyDeleteI have been reading your blog for a while as I am a regular reader of your husband's blog too and found the link there.
I love his articles and your bags - his are witty and yours are lovely.
Yes, I am a Singaporean based in Sydney and I heart all things Singaporean - it makes me feel closer to home.
I hope to visit your booth when I get back in December. Meanwhile, keep making more beautiful bags!
PS: My husband's a rabbit & I am a dragon, so I "gobble" him up most of the time!
Sincerely,
Sue (suegopinathan@gmail.com)
Oh how lovely those pouches are. thank you for the wonderful giveaway.
ReplyDeleteHello Jane oh I love bunnies so this would just be perfect for me. I am from Oklahoma southern Oklahoma I live at a beautiful lake although the water is not in view I only have to go 1/4 of a mile to get there, and I love to watch the sunsets on the waters edge. My past time, job, and passion is sewing.

ReplyDeletei'm in love with ur bunny pouch!!! and.. psstt... actually i have a wish to have a bunny baby girl this year, hopefully my wish come true:)
Love your blog and tutorials. Would love to win your rabbit pouch.
ReplyDeleteThis would be nifty to win! In high school, there were many Chinese students in the science track with me. One year they took a bunch of paper money envelopes and hung them from the ceiling--when you opened the door in that wing they fluttered like a big red wave. I was a little sad afterwards when they had to take them down...

I've been reading a lot about the "Year of the Rabbit" - I'm in Roswell, Georgia, USA and so happy that we've had a beautiful spring-like day today and will be warmer tomorrow! I was happy we actually had a "blizzard (for the South" that kept us inside for almost a week. Your block looks neat, I'm off to check it out.
ReplyDeleteThat's such a cute pouch!
ReplyDeleteI have all of your tutorials bookmarked for awhile and finally worked up the courage to try the boxy pouch a while ago. Since I was trying for something way out of my league it didn't go too well.
I think the next one I'll try is the felt pin one. No sewing machine involved!
Hi Jane! I am a new follower from South Carolina...this was a nice thing to find on Brenda's Rusty Thimble blog...I am trying to unwind from an day that started at 4:45 of getting up, getting me and two kids ready for school (I'm a teacher) having early morning bus duty, school all day, parent conferences until 7, and then a 2 1/2 hour dance rehearsal at our local community theatre for the show I am in!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, thank you so much for inviting me to participate!! It's adorable!!! : ) I love that the bunny is coming in style. They are so cute! I'm from Buford, Ga. My email address is cheriart09@gmail.com.
ReplyDeleteThank you!!!

ReplyDeleteHi Jane,
ReplyDeleteI commented earlier on your fb page. I'm from Puerto Rico and I'm currently trying to make a living from my crafts. I have an Etsy shop and a fb profile that feature my work (let me know if you are interested to see it so I can give you links). The main techniques I use are crochet and sewing and I found your blog while I was looking for a tutorial (I think it was the recessed zipper, I actually made a purse using it). I check it almost every day to see if there is anything new. I love to hear from other people coutries through their own voices and their everyday experiences. It's really nice to finally post something here and at the same time be able to enter for your giveaway. Thank you for the chance.

ReplyDeleteA man finds a penguin in the street. he asks a policeman what to do with it... The policeman says: "I don't know. I guess you could take it to the zoo". The next day, the policeman sees the the guy with the penguin again. "So, I thought, you'd take it to the zoo?" "Oh, I did! And he loved it, thank you! We're going to the cinema now"
The little pouch is so cute and of course I would love to win it.

Anna from Melbourne, Australia
Hi Jane
ReplyDeleteHave really enjoyed reading through the comments and seeing where everyone is from....I am from Melbourne :)
I also just read your profile and that you hate exposed seams LOL. Well, not only 10 minutes ago I was overlocking (serging!) a seam that was one part gathered fabric with lots of loose ends and frays and as I was sewing I was thinking how beautiful and neat and tidy the overlocker makes everything. Sad huh. Thanks for the giveaway!

Oh, come visit my site for my giveaway too!

Hi Jane! Since you're curious to know where we're from... well, I think I've mentioned I'm living in New Hampshire now, but I lived in New York until I was 25. I went from city to country and it was almost traumatic to me. From walking & mass transportation to having to drive everywhere. Pigeons in the street to deer and moose in my backyard. It's been 15 years and I've finally gotten used to it!
ReplyDeleteI would love, love, love to win this pouch! I have admired these simple yet wonderfully made pouches for awhile now.
ReplyDeletebeautiful!! :) what a great giveaway Jane - thanks for letting me know! best of luck!
ReplyDeleteHi there! I'm from Denmark and have made a few of your pouches... and I will make one more this evening :-)! Thanks for your tutorials and for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the invite Jane, I would love to be entered for a chance to win your Lucky Red Rabbit Pouch!
ReplyDeleteI'm not at all experienced with machine sewing and would love to be able to make some lovely bags and pouches like you have. My husband Colin bought me a Bernina for my 50th birthday just over a year ago - I really must use it more often and build up my confidence to make some nice things! I think it would help if I had somewhere permanent to keep it out. I dream of one day having my own needlecraft room! :o)
Love this pouch!! would love to be entered in your giveaway!!!
