Today is December 12, and Sew Mama Sew is organizing a Giveaway day. Click here if you want the list of other blogs which are participating. (it starts 6am PST Dec 12)

What I have up for grabs are:
☺ 1 yard of my favourite fabric by Kokka
☺ a bunch of Japanese FQ
☺ 4 of my PDF bag sewing patterns

These are my 4 PDF bag sewing patterns. Um...you understand you have to make the bags yourself? And if you win, you need not use the fabric you've won to make these bags. So no worries!

    Ok....so if I look out my study window I can see straight into my neighbour's bedroom....I try hard not to look (really!) and thank goodness the curtains are closed right now! Alison

    When I look out of my window, I can see over the road, a Jack Russell dog, hens, geese, goats, a horse and some alpacas (or they may be llamas, I must ask my neighbour).

    I love your blog Jane. I make bags too and your selling experiences sound so familiar. They always makes me laugh! Out of my window I have a very soggy bushland and overflowing creek - it's like a wet winter in Sydney instead of summer.

    I see clumps of hair, cigarette butts, one dirty sock, fossilised and some bird poos stuck on my aircon compressor. Oh Jane, I dare not look out of my bedroom window fearing the worst. Now that I did, I am never going to draw my curtain either. It's bad enough hearing what your neighbours do at night, now that...eek!

    My VERY 1st purchase - Blue MoMo sling bag + Sarubobo, motivated me to sew. Every time i look out of the window, i tell myself i must learn to sew; but it just never get started... With these, I hope to tell the world one day I SEW! ^^

    I see a flock of geese on the lawn at my work.... soon they'll call the dogs to chase them away, and I'll watch that and mutter to myself that they should just let the geese be....

    I love the kokki fabrics! If I look out my window I see a city/factory skyline (I'm at work). In particular, I am looking at the front of Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

    As an FYI - right now I can't really see outside of my window. The dog has his nose pressed up against it in anticipation of something action packed... that most likely won't happen. I can see that it's a sunny day at least. :)

    Looking out my window I see my hens walking around clucking and eating bugs and whatnot. Our horse Samurai is being lazy and snoozing sprawled out on his side like a big dog. The wind is blowing a little so the trees are swaying and leaves are falling as they do.

    Oh ! love the bag patterns...but here is what I see from my work window this afternoon (Ottawa Canada)

    I can see the Rideau River winding down past 2 bridges. The sun is starting to set to my left so I am north facing. It was a beautiful day here today.

    I'm at work on the 10th floor of the building, the view is great from here. I can see across the city, I can see all the traffic moving along...I can even see our university at the top of the escarpment. Lovely view.

    If I look out my bedroom window I can see my fantastic herb garden my mother-in-law helped me get started. It is full of cinnamon basil, and chocolate mint (just to name a few!) Great bags! So cute and fun

    Trying to look out my window right now, I see mostly condensation - this place isn't all that well insulated. I also see the neighbouring condo, a street lamp, and a small parking lot.

    I have laughed myself silly reading all those comments, especially Ruth's; I shall have to join her in the corner. ;) what a great idea to suggest commenting what is seen outside one's window.

    As I look out of my second story window from my position on the couch, I see past the blank allotment to the roof of the mechanic's and up the hill towards the primary school which has many trees (mostly good old Aussie Gum trees) with a blue sky which is slowly filling with thick, grey clouds as we build for an afternoon storm.
