This little piggy

Hello friends,

I was in the mood to make something felty AND piggy. It's been a while since I made any animal brooches.

I cut the shapes without using a paper pattern so it's a little wonky. I figure why make a template when I'm only making one? To make the brooch poufy, I inserted some stuffing.

Bear isn't telling if he likes the pig brooches on his ears. I showed them to me hubs who in his typical fashion said:
Yes, it's nice, but.........
It's a pig!

Remember over the weekend I was selling my bags at VivoCity craft market?

This was what I came home with. Yep, I barely sold anything. I shall put it down to lack of interest, bad feng shui and too small a stock. For my next craft market in end March, I will try a lot harder to have better range in my stock.

It wasn't a particularly bad experience for me. Boring, yes but I had a Japanese novel (translated in English) with me and I read the whole book in 2 days. I shan't tell you the title because it is quite erotic. Well, I got it from the public library so don't let your imagination go wild!

The one thing that irritated me tho'  was that the space was very cramped. I shared space with another seller who positioned his rack such that it's in the way. So every time he walked past me, his bum would graze my back. Yep, not so great having your back grazed by someone's bum all weekend.

I listed a few of my unsold pouches on Etsy. Go have a look here if you're interested. See ya.
